The Goal
The long-term goal is to move from individual HTML pages toward a structured database
where transportation projects, corridors, communities, agencies, funding sources,
documents, meetings, issues, and updates can be searched, filtered, connected, and queried.

Once records are structured, an AI assistant can help residents ask plain-language
