Transportation projects change over time. Status can move from planning to design, funding can be added or delayed, construction dates can shift, and agency documents can be updated. This change log is intended to preserve those changes clearly.

A project change log is one of the building blocks of a future TAC database. It supports version history, project status tracking, archive records, and better public understanding of how transportation projects evolve.
